Ordering & Payments

Daisuki Critters accepts payments via Paypal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can checkout as a guest. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. Payments are processed immediately once you place your order. You will receive a confirmation email with details about your order. The email will be sent to the email address you input at the time of checkout. Please double check that there are no typos and that your email is correct so you can receive this information. If you do not see the email please check your spam folder.

Returns & Exchanges

​

All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged item we will be happy to exchange it for you. Exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days. You MUST provide pictures of the damage within the allotted time to qualify for an exchange. Returned items MUST be in NEW condition. This means items must have their original packaging, tags, and there must be no signs of wear & tear on the item. Any items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected. Daisuki Critters does not assume returned shipping costs.

Buyers remorse does NOT qualify for exchanges or returns.

Lost Merchandise

​

If your order is lost or undelivered, we will be happy to replace it for you provided that the package was not lost due to an incorrect address or typo in the address. It is the customer's responsibility to double check all information submitted prior to finalizing the order. We will verify all lost package claims before a replacement is shipped. Daisuki Critters is not responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect addresses and does not assume responsibility to replace the lost package.

We will contact you if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address. We require shipping to be paid again to send your package back. No refunds will be given due to returned packages because of an incorrect address.
