 SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Orders

  • All orders received within the United States will ship within 3-4 business days.

  • Preorder items will ship on the date found in the product description.

  • Orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage OR USPS Priority Mail, depending on customer's choice upon checkout.

  • Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 2-4 business days.

  • All Priority Mail packages will include up to $50 package insurance and a tracking number. Additional insurance must be purchased upon checkout and is the customer's responsibility. Ground Advantage does NOT include insurance.

  • Once shipped, what happens to the package is out of my control. For lost or severely damaged orders, contact me immediately as a claim must be filed with USPS. No refunds will be submitted until USPS finalizes the claim. The process time for claims is typically 14 business days.

  • If a package is undeliverable/returned to sender due to an error in the delivery address, the customer is responsible for paying to ship again.

International Orders

  • All international orders will ship within 3-6 business days.

  • Preorder items will ship on the date found in the product description.

  • Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

  • You may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail International for an additional shipping charge.

  • Once shipped, packages may take 6-8 weeks to arrive depending on how fast they are processed through customs.

  • All packages will come with a tracking number, HOWEVER, once the package has left the US the tracking typically does not update until it is scanned at the customer's local post office. 

  • Once shipped, what happens to the package is out of my control. For lost or severely damaged orders, contact me immediately as a claim must be filed with USPS. Filing a claim is ONLY available to customer who upgraded to Priority Mail International. No refunds will be submitted until USPS finalizes the claim. The process time for claims is typically 14 business days.

  • I am not responsible for any customs charges incurred. It is the customer's responsibility to pay customs fees.
